We hold your name and email, which access password you used, what brought you here, and your test answers and grades, but we don't store your location or any other information about you. A cookie on the browser you're using, tied to your email address, gives you access to the training during the beta period or preview session. If you make an account, your password is stored scrambled, so nobody can read it, us included. When you start the material, you agree to let us use your information this way, and only this way: to run the course, grade your tests, and learn how well our teaching and questions work. We don't share it, sell it, or package it up.
Our communications platform stores your name, your email and where you are in the course (joined, finished, passed), so it can send you your deadlines, your grade and any password link you ask for. It never gets your answers. Our team grades each of your short answers under its own random six-digit code, without your name. If you're in a shop, family or group account, its leader grades your short answers under those codes too, and sees your name, your progress and your grades. If you share a repair in the wiki, we keep the write-up and photos with your account and show them to other members under the credit line you choose, or only to your group and its leader if you keep it in your group's notes; you can take them down any time. If you send us a note with Improve this page, we keep what you wrote, any photos you attach and which page it was about, with your account, so we can fix the page and answer you. Our communications platform gets our reply so it can email it to you. We delete the photos 90 days after we close your note.
The bright violet Forget me button clears your information from our list, and from our communications platform when the course is what put it there, any time up to when we go live with the full version of the Shandoka Micro-Mobility Training Resource. After that, the link in any email we send you, or a note to training@shandokacycles.com, also clears your information. If you were already in our communications platform for another reason, that record stays and only the course's tags and fields come off. Forgetting you also removes your grades, so it ends your access. A repair you shared in the wiki stays, with your name taken off. Your notes from Improve this page, and their photos, are deleted. Copies in our nightly backups are gone within 30 days. If anything here changes, we'll ask you to agree again before you keep reading.
